At DEEGHT, customer satisfaction and confidence are paramount. We take immense pride in the craftsmanship of our unbranded timepieces and leather bags. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your order, we offer a straightforward, customer-friendly return process.

1. 30-Day Return Window

You may initiate a return or exchange within 30 days of receiving your shipment. To qualify for a return:

• The item must be unused, unworn, and in the exact condition you received it.
• It must be in its original packaging, including protective films, watch boxes, dust bags, and warranty booklets.
• Proof of purchase (order confirmation email or order number) is required.

2. How to Initiate a Return

1. Contact Support: Email our concierge team at dunhui@vip.163.com or phone 15900570789 with your order number and reason for return.
2. Receive RMA & Instructions: We will provide a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and the nearest return address.
3. Ship Package: Safely pack the item using the original protective materials and dispatch via a tracked courier.

3. Refund Processing

Once your return is received and inspected at our logistics facility, we will send an email confirmation. If approved, your full refund will be processed to your original method of payment within 3–5 business days.

4. Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a package damaged in transit or notice any manufacturing irregularity, notify us within 7 days at dunhui@vip.163.com. We will immediately dispatch a free replacement or issue a 100% immediate refund.
